Olea

Olea

Olea takes its name from the olive tree — a symbol of resilience, groundedness, and quiet endurance, often surviving for centuries and still bearing fruit. This is the spirit behind the practice.

I work with people who feel at a crossroads — stuck, grieving, or moving through a transition that doesn't come with a clear map. Leaving a place, a role, a relationship, or a version of yourself behind.

My approach is relational and integrative, grounded in Transactional Analysis, and shaped by twenty years of work in human rights before I trained as a psychotherapist. I also know this terrain personally — I've lived as an expat for almost half my life, and I understand what it takes to find your footing again after a move, a loss, or a shift you didn't choose.

This is a space to bring what is heavy, unresolved, or in-between, and be met without judgment.
